Who we are
Impulsa 360 Agency is a marketing agency with an office at Av. 10 Cecilio Acosta, Maracaibo, Venezuela. You can write to us at hola@impulsa360.tech or on WhatsApp at +58 424-631-2483.
What data we collect
When you request your 360 Diagnosis you give us: name, WhatsApp, email (optional), business name, industry, location, the service you are interested in, your monthly budget range and your main challenge. We do not ask for bank details or identity documents.
How we use it
- To contact you to schedule and carry out your 360 Diagnosis.
- To prepare a recommendation or proposal for your business.
- To follow up on that request by WhatsApp or email.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for purposes other than those described here.
Where it is stored
Form requests are stored in Netlify, the provider that hosts this site. If you open WhatsApp after sending the form, you send the message with your details from your own account, and it is also subject to the WhatsApp terms.
Data in your browser
The site stores in your own browser the chosen theme (light or dark), your accessibility settings, whether you already saw the spots notice and, for a few seconds, the form data used to build the WhatsApp message; the latter is deleted when the confirmation page opens. To show the temperature in Maracaibo, your browser queries the Open-Meteo weather service, which does not receive your form data. With your permission, which you can give or withdraw in the cookie notice or in the Cookies link in the footer, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate, and the Meta pixel to measure and improve our ads. If you do not accept, those tools are not loaded. If you chat with our virtual assistant, the conversation text is processed by an artificial intelligence provider to answer you and, only if you agree to be contacted, we store your name, WhatsApp and business to follow up.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data by writing to hola@impulsa360.tech. We reply as soon as possible.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this same page with its date.
